This coaching clinic is designed for Intermediate Level Runners and Coaches wanting to know how to write their own training program using more advanced and applied scientific principles of Exercise Science, Biomechanics, Sports Nutrition and Psychology intertwined with the practical experiences of the Elite Training 4 Athletes Head Coach , Dr. Carwyn Sharp. This clinic is ideal for those who have been training or coaching for more than a year and have experiences they wish to build upon in writing their own individualized training programs.

Participants will engage in classroom theory then move outside for hands on classes to implement what they have learnt. Participants are expected to have prior knowledge and experience in running.
