This clinic is designed for intermediate and advanced athletes and coaches wanting to learn Advanced and Cutting-Edge training techniques and the scientific principles of Exercise Science, Biomechanics and Nutrition which regulates elite level adaptations. Learn what elite Exercise Physiologists and coaches are doing and how to implement this knowledge to develop the techniques which produce competitive and elite level athletes.  

All Elite Training symposiums will have theoretical component in the classroom then a hands-on session to show you how to utilize these techniques under the direct instruction and supervision of Dr. Carwyn Sharp, a nationally recognized and respected coach, Exercise Physiologist and nutrition expert who is frequently interviewed by Runners' World, The New York Times and other media outlets.
